Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, ensuring comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with specialists and managing follow-up appointments.

Requirements for Physician Assistants (PAs) & Nurse Practitioners (NPs):

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Physician Assistant Studies or master’s in nursing.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred to communicate and relate to our Spanish-speaking patients effectively.
