Call for Speakers – 2025 Bexar County PA Society CME Conference

The Bexar County PA Society is excited to begin planning our 2025 CME Conference, and we’re looking for dynamic speakers to help make it a success!

Conference Dates:
Thursday, November 6 – Saturday, November 8, 2025
UT Health San Antonio (formerly UTHSCSA) – Floyd Curl Drive

We invite you to submit a proposal to present at this year’s conference. Whether you’ve spoken at one of our events before or are new to our stage, we welcome all topics relevant to practicing PAs. While our audience includes PAs from various specialties, all presentations should be geared toward a primary care level practice.

Presentation Details:

 PowerPoint-based sessions should be approximately 50 minutes, with time for Q&A.

 You may submit up to two presentations for consideration.

 In appreciation of your time and expertise, we’re offering a $250 honorarium per presentation OR complimentary conference registration.

 Please note: We are unable to cover travel expenses, including hotel or airfare.

Can’t attend in person? No problem! We are also accepting proposals for Pre-Recorded Lectures, so we still encourage you to apply even if you're outside the San Antonio area or unavailable on the conference dates.
